Will Cogley

Will Cogley is a highly experienced professional with a broad range of expertise across finance, business and Security Risk sectors. Will is currently the Managing Director of Comera Group, an umbrella company that applies the philosophy of ‘consult, train, deliver’ to 5 core sectors including Health and Wellbeing, Movement Science, Professional Advice, Safety and Security, and Renewable Energy.

Will is also the Managing Director of Dynamic Tape Global, an innovative Biomechanical Taping ™ educational pathway that supports the body by managing load. Dynamic Tape offers a variety of products for clinicians and athletes alike, supplemented by a program of clinical education.

Will also serves in the British Army Commandos and has previously served as a Royal Marine Commando.

Will has extensive experience working with high-growth potential startups, having worked with The Matrix Model Group as an Equity Partner. He either invested in or sourced investment for the companies, whilst joining their board as Non-Executive Directors guiding them through their journey to sale, flotation, or senior equity investment.

He has held senior executive positions within the banking and finance industry, working for Lloyds Banking Group as part of their Accelerated Promotion Programme. He covered a wide variety of roles from Retail through to Commercial and Investment Banking during his tenure with the bank.
